As discussed previously, stress is a major issue for fertility patients. Today, we will discuss the top 5 Acupressure points for Stress.

Acupoints are points on the body that runs closest to the surface. Acupressure uses those acupoints to stimulate energy with massage.

1.LV3: This point is located about one and a half inches between the first and second toes where the point feels tender. This point is often used to treat premenstrual breast tenderness, headache, and mood swings.

2. PC6: PC6 is located on the inner wrist two inches below the wrist in the center between two tendons. This point helps to regulate menstruation, relax the mind and treats anxiety, insomnia and depression. It is also often used before the IVF transfer.
